Western blot analysis of Phospho-AS160 (Ser588) in extracts of HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with Phospho-AS160 (Ser588) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97399) using a dilution of 1:2,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. HeLa cells were treated by IGF-1 (50 ng/mL) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
